I started my marketing career in the Account Services trenches at Arnold Worldwide in Boston, working on one of the 20th Century's most iconic advertising platforms - Volkswagen and "Drivers wanted." Five years later, and ever the seeker of new adventures, an amazingly creative indie shop named Venables Bell & Partners in San Francisco came calling. It is this early foundation in Agency life, working cross-functionally with some of the brightest marketing minds in the business, that remains the foundation of my continued success in talent acquisition today.
A born connector at heart, I’ve since managed in-house talent at industry leaders such as R/GA, AKQA, EssenceMediaCom and Publicis Worldwide, allowing me to grow an impressive global network of talent across a number of functional areas.
Some 20 years and hundreds of successful placements later, It is my passion for people, coupled with a love for all things creative, that continues to fuel my success.
